Yes, we have a garden that we take care of every week. We harvest fruit, rare herbs and plants and lots of flowers from there.

Forests and meadows, beyond the confines of the garden, are where wonderful treasures grow that want to be collected. We also bring great flavours from there to the dining table. On our forays, for example, we come across wild garlic, goutweed and pine trees.

First came the garden, then the witches' kitchen. We started drying, preserving and pickling. Soon we learnt the secrets of different fermenting methods, and finally the art of KimChi. KimChi takes a lot of practice, patience and a gradual understanding of what is happening. That's why we organise annual workshops on fermentation and kimchi.
